Kidney organ preservation post-transplant is something that takes time, care, and nurturing just like your garden of flowers that, when successfully cared for, can provide a wealth of sensory enjoyment that lends itself nicely to the health and well-being of those who are lucky enough to receive the gift of life. We explored both concept and craft in a way that elevated the storytelling. We played with ideas around how the flowers might unfold — not just visually, but emotionally — and how we might shift the energy as nature moved.

Fostering Control, from transplant to long-term protection.
Using flowers as a visual metaphor, the story moves from a dormant, closed state to a moment of full bloom, mirroring the shift from pre- to post-transplant graft preservation.
The campaign was built from a CGI foundation, giving us complete control over the motion, pacing, and interaction between the kidney forms and the flowers as they unfold. This allowed every frame to carry meaning, balancing precision in the animation with emotional storytelling.
Alongside the motion pieces, we developed key visuals that capture both stages of the journey: the quiet tension of waiting and the sense of renewal that follows.
