6. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

While the Services do not necessarily allow user postings, if you submit any content (“Contributions”), you represent and warrant that such Contributions:

  • are lawful, non-infringing, and not harmful or abusive

  • contain necessary permissions and rights

  • do not violate privacy, child protection laws, or discrimination protections

  • comply with all terms herein

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your use of the Services.

7. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You retain ownership of your Contributions. However, by submitting any feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use such materials for any purpose without compensation.

We are not responsible for statements or content you provide through the Services.

8. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We may, at our discretion:

  • monitor the Services for violations

  • take legal action against violators

  • restrict or disable access to Contributions

  • remove excessive or burdensome files

Parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days before arbitration.

13.2 Binding Arbitration

Disputes unresolved through negotiation will be settled by binding arbitration under AAA rules. Arbitration will occur in Delaware unless law requires otherwise.

13.3 Restrictions

  • No class actions

  • No representative actions

  • Arbitration limited to disputes between the parties individually

13.4 Exceptions

Certain disputes, such as intellectual property enforcement and claims requiring injunctive relief, are excluded from arbitration.

14. CORRECTIONS

We may correct errors or update information on the Services without notice.

15. DISCLAIMER
